If you decide to place an order, we finalise the designs & specifications at a final survey meeting. Following this meeting we e-mail you an order confirmation detailing exactly what is going to be manufactured. Of course we take full responsibility for overall sizes.


We will not start to make the order until our customer has checked & approved the confirmation which ensures total client satisfaction & the elimination of possible misunderstandings.

Installation perfection


Installation is crucial. That’s why we directly employ our installers rather than subcontract them on pricework like most of the industry does.


Because our installers are never put under pressure to achieve high numbers of products fitted they have the time to do the little things that our customers tell us make all the difference to them. Things like putting back up the blinds after installation of windows, or fitting the customers new bell push when installing a door. If it needs to be done, just ask our installers & as long as it is relevant to the nature of the work we are carrying out we will always do it.


We are fussy. We will not leave a site until it is as clean as it was before we arrived. We carry a vacuum cleaner on every van & always use it before we leave site.



After sales service leaves a lasting impression


If anything needs attention after installation we will always come back & do it quickly. In fact service calls carry no 1 priority within our organisation. The reason for this is simply that because we rely so heavily on referrals & repeat business we need our customers to remain happy with us and recommend us to their friends.
